Digital-based coaching is an exciting way to connect in a modern fast-based world.

Available as a package or month-by-month option, you can text or leave voice messages whenever you have a wellbeing question. I’ll respond and coach you through the app.

It’s a great solution for super-busy people, those with social anxiety, adhd’ers who think of questions at random times, and teenagers who feel shy or anxious at the thought of meeting a therapist online!

Does it work?

Yes! I have been trialing text-based digital coaching for many months and I still achieve resonance and results in my clients. It works around busy schedules and is especially helpful for those who would find face-to-face intimidating.

Are there set times?

You’ll get access to the app 24/7, so you can send me your thoughts at 1am or whenever they come to you! I have set hours where you’ll get an almost immediate reply - outside of these hours, I’ll get back to you as soon as I can, usually the same day!

Are they instead of sessions?

I’ve added this to my coaching packages, which is useful if you think of something straight after our sessions (as I often do!) or between coaching sessions as we spread them out to fortnightly.
Otherwise, you can purchase digital coaching per month (or save by getting a three month package.) That gives you access to the free app, my “office hours” and out-of-hours ability to message.
